My LG washer managed to twist a tear in it near the gasket drain might possibly to have been caused by the clamp on the drain I replaced it and managed to complete three loads of laundry and not a leak. . . Thank you so much.

Apparently there are a few models that use this gasket, it fit well, was very difficult to mount without the spring tool, in retropect, might have purchased before I tried it. Additionally, there was a bottom drain hose that was not on this gasket, I had to cut the previously existing one and fabricate a seal using tubing and hose clamps, but eventually, it worked.

This was the exact same part as the original door seal for the Kenmore 796.40272900. I used the spring tool for the outer door spring. The inner spring I used 2-3 screwdrivers to stretch the spring it on like trying to get a tire back on/off a rim since the spring stretch tool didn't work on in inner spring.

Having a lot of trouble trying to order this item that will fit an LG TROMM Model WM2077CW washing machine. Despite what it says in the description, this item absolutely DOES NOT FIT this particular machine. Buyer beware. I am a very experienced handy-man type, and recently replaced the drain pump (for the second time) in this same washer. Just so you know I know what I am talking about.
