We had a cheap spatula for camping that the handle fell off of. Mid camping trip, I got this bad boy. It’s very sturdy and even has a bottle opener.

For the money, this is the best tool for burgers on the grill, very helpful with fish or anything that requires flipping vs something sturdier that can be moved with tongs. The offset design and surface area with which to scoop and flip food is perfect. I encountered this tool in professional kitchens for this type of use and it's understandable why it's the choice of knowledgeable cooks.

Used this spatula for the first time today. It is well made and long enough that I don't burn my arms when flipping burgers. I like that it has a serated edge so you can cut into the meat to see if it's done.
