Was so scared this might not work on my machine since they looked different than the original lead screw. This worked perfectly on my flashforge creator pro z-axis rod. The original lead screw on the machine is threaded, so you can’t use the original screws. But a quick trip to Home Depot, I got the everbilt round head combo (screws with nuts), #4-40 x 3/8in. Very tiny nut to tighten that took a little patience in the position you need it to fit it in, but it totally worked. I’ve been using it for 4-5 months now with no problems at all. WAY cheaper option than having to purchase the rod with the lead screw on it if your rod is fine. And now if my other machines lead screw strips I’ve got three more for back up.
