I've used them just a few times and they work great! The ratchet strap hooks hold to the D-ring better than the trailer's rub rail. They are easy to move where they need to located. I haven't had any issues with them and I recommend these hold downs.

They were great and made for a very secure ring to ratchet strap and or chain binding loads to my flat bed gooseneck. Makes very quick work in securing loads. I plan to buy more for my other trailers.

Good product but be careful because the pin holding the unit in can come undone if the device is not under load. Remove when not in use or put a more secure pin in place.
