if you want your trailer to last, make it easy on yourself and get these wheel hub caps. It now takes me about three minutes total grease four wheel hubs. This is a good quality product with a tight fit to keep all the dirt and grime out while keeping the grease in. Maintenance is key and this product is key to maintenance.

The dust caps I received were oversize, advertised as 2.72", mine measured 2.731" and would not go one without modification. I sanded a bevel on the cap on my belt sander to allow me to get the cap started, then with a 3 lb. hammer and a block of wood I was able to persuade the caps on. The overall quality was what I expected, but I wasted a lot of time trying to get these caps installed. I would have sent them back and searched for a better fitting set, but I had to get the trailer back in service.

They will fit but be prepared to either shave down the rim or beat them into submission .

Not sure why these fit for some people and not others. I have 7000lb dexter axles and these won't fit. A nano size too big. Annoying, but at least my local trailer dealer had some that fit. If you buy these...roll the dice and wish yourself some luck.

Grease caps were supposed to be 2.720 od. All were oversize 2.731 and would not fit my 2.720 hubs.
