Needed to purchase to clean up the edges from Porcelain tile cut with a wet saw that left chips. Took some elbow grease but worked remarkably well! Been in the tile business for 45 years and still come across items that are of great use and this set will remain in my work van!!

Installed porcelain tile in the shower. I used these blocks to clean up the edges after cutting on a wet saw. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and after cleaning up the edges, I had a hard time telling the difference between a factory edge and mine. Foam was comfortable to hold. Wear a dust mask and keep them away from cats that like to chew foam.

I bought these to sand off glaze drips that overflow a pottery piece. So far,they have worked to sand back drips that cause wobbles on the piece. Also tried the higher grit pad to smooth the foot of very groggy pieces and it does help.

I cannot believe how quickly and well these worked on the edges of split ceramic tile. I love them. I almost think every tile splitter ought to just come with a set. Took the split sharp edges down to feeling exactly the same as the factory edges very nicely and so quickly. No damage to any tiles at all.

My new slab had an accidental high spot. I bought a diamond angle grinder disk to level it which worked great and thought I would use these to smooth it. Not happening. These have their place in the world but if you are wondering if you can easily manipulate a slab with these, it’s not gonna happen. Even if they would work after using them for a while rest assured you’d have a Popeye arm when done. Good price for the experiment though.

For what I paid for them, I've gotten my moneys worth and more - they are durable for working with glass art, easy to use, and the differing grits allow me to get as refined as I need to. HIGHLY recommend.

I often work on bathroom makeovers and tile jobs where i make cuts and these pads come in handy to recreate the factory bevel. I also use them in plumbing to deburr plastic pipe or copper piping and these work great. I used on tile, plastic/copper pipes, etc..
