I had two adjusters blown out in my XJ. Way too rusted. These popped onto mine without difficulty. I was able to turn and adjust the screws without any problems. These are very inexpensive and you can pickup a Lifetime supply for not that much.

I used these headlight adjusters on my 88 jeep Cherokee. They worked well. My only nitpicky complaint is that they’re hard to adjust under tension although this is likely necessary so that they don’t back out when vibrating.

My old 92 Cherokee XJ received a facelift with new lights, and with it, required a quick check on the headlight aim (please be sure to do this so you don't blind drivers!!!!). After 32 years of reliable fun, I noticed a lot of rust and crusty, clunky adjustment. Decided that it would be best to replace these adjustment screws before it gets difficult to remove!
