Had to jack up my Corvette. I happened on some jack pucks on Amazon. Turns out the Corvette has an access hole where you place the puck, turn it 90 degrees. You then slide scissor jack under the puck. The puck safely holds the jack in position for an easy an safe lift. You can’t beat it.

Good idea that works with the stand and the floor jack; but the opening to work on the stands, is not strong enough when used with the jack. It bents and deformed. Better to by the solid one for floor jack work.

I don't know why they tell you that these slotted jack pads are good for car jacks. They are not. The main problem is the big slot at the bottom. The pads deform when putting on them the weight of the car being lifted, and they look like they are going to fail at some point. They are excellent for jack stands but as far as car jacks, you are better off getting flat pads.

The jack pads fit all of my jack stands perfectly, they slide onto the jack stands securely even though I have a few different sizes and styles. The pads fit into the lift points on my BMW nice but I would like it if the raised portion that goes up into the car’s lift pad was taller, it’s only about 3/8†inch tall. The rubber is softer than I had expected so they did deform a bit but they are still useable, I had the car supported on the jack stands overnight. They do a great job protecting the jack pads on the car and I feel more confident that the car won’t slip off of the jack stands. They do have a very strong chemical smell to them but I keep them in my garage so it didn’t make a difference and the smell doesn’t seem as strong after a few days but it’s still noticeable.Overall these jack pad adapters work nicely and time will tell how long they will last.
