This flour sifter is very well made, I bought the 5 cup capacity and it's very big. It's a great tool for baking, works beautifully, and a great value, easy to use and clean. I highly recommend this product.

We had a sifter like this when I was very young. The one I've been using for years must be shaken back and forth for it to sift, obviously a problem over smaller bowls. This sifter is sturdy, easy to handle, not too heavy, and works well. It will continue to come in handy. Enough said.

I've not used yet, but have am pleased with the design. I am also pleased with the capacity but somewhat concerned with the construction. To hold the volume stated the cylinder appears cheaply made and the area where the product comes together, flimsy.

This has to be one of the worst items I have ever brought. I used the sifter one time and it did not work after that one use. I recently broke my crank sifter and ordered this one because I didn't want to go out. I should have just went out. After arriving late, I put it the test making scones. I sifted 2 cups of flour for my first batch but when I tried to sift another 2 cups, it would not sift properly. I had to pour the flour into my old hand-tap sifter to complete the job. I washed it to remove any debris but still nothing. Tried sifting regular and powdered sugar and nothing. I washed it again a put it up and tried it yesterday with cake flour and still not sifting. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, definitely don't buy this sifter if you suffer from RA also. All the squeezing trying to get the flour to go thought left my hand angry.Big waste of money and time.

Does an incomplete job.. The sifting mechanism does not cover the entire surface leaving un-sifted flour around the perimiter.

I’ve only put 3 cups in at a time and that works just fine.

It’s great as it holds a large amount of flour for sifting but it’s not easy to clean
