P PBAUTOS vacuum chamber kit can be perfectly equipped with single or dual stage 3 to 9 CFM pumps. It is suitable for silicone degassing, lab experiments, chemical industry, especially perfect for stabilizing wood and experiments with volitile compounds, etc.

Due to the shipment restriction and safety, all the new batches of goods are provided without oil, you need to prepare for vacuum pump oil by yourself separately. Please understand.

Caution:
The vacuum pump is shipped without oil, please add oil before operation.
The vacuum pump can not extract inflammable, toxic, or corrosive gas or particulars.
The temperature of extracted gas can not be over 80℃, and the proper environment temperature is -5℃~60℃.
The vacuum pump can not extract air for long time, or it may be damaged due to oil-free operation.
Warm Tip:
About the oil leakage issue, because every vacuum pump is tested and operated with oil before shipment, after that, the oil will be poured out, but there may be a little rested in the pump, which may cause oil leakage during the long transportation. If you find the oil leakage on the surface when receiving the product, just wipe it and then use.

This vacuum chamber with tempered glass lid is specially designed for stabilizing wood and other experiments with volitile compounds, because wood stabilizing resins and volitile compounds are highly corrosive to polycarbonate and acrylic. Thus the acrylic crystal lid may crack soon in the wood stabilizing operation.

One handle fell off the pot while I was taking it out of the Box. The pressure gauge has an air bubble in it, I'm not sure what this does to the accuracy of the gauge, but I wouldn't think it would be good. It seems to hold the vacuum OK and the pump is easy to operate. Like most of these machines, it came with no instructions.Update: After my review, manufacturer contacted me for pics, which were already here. I added 2, showing how oil cap broke apart ...on its own!! They sent a spare with the kit so they must know it's a problem. Also, the oil check window becomes closed with use, so it's impossible to determine the oil level.I would not buy this again!!

The vacuum pot is excellent. I had a little difficulty assembling the tempered glass lid but with minor work was able to get it.The vacuum pump said there was no oil in it and the bag was full o oil. I set it up and added the required oil but it spewed oil when it ran. I stopped it, drained the oil(more than I put in) refilled it and it seems to be working well.

I stabilize a lot of turquoise and was hoping this could be a second vacuum pump for other projects. It didn't even finish the first use here in the shop without it spewing oil out the front of the pump. Wasted money...

I’ve only used the pump 4-5 times. It works well to create a vacuum in the vacuum chamber but it’s now leaking oil from the pump casing. Very disappointing!
