Love this thing. Keep in mind that it is pretty firm even though it appears to be squishy and have some give to it. If you want it to be comfy know that this may not be the roller for you. It works great getting out big body knots. Comes with a bag you can sling over your shoulder for the gym. Photo with my lady hand for size reference.

was a great investment, the rollers on the stick twist really fast…the back roller is very firm also.

I've mostly just used the big roller. I have a spot on my back that hurts so bad sometimes, I can't concentrate. In just seconds on the big roller, I feel such a relief! Based on that alone, I highly recommend this product.It comes in a handy bag to keep all the items together. This kit is a game changer. I definitely recommend it.
