We used these to set out all the garnishes for a dinner parties and they worked very well to keep the veggies fresh and cool. Highly recommend.

These are nice enough for home use, especially for Mise en Place / cutting up large volumes of veggies, fruit or other ingredients for large batch cooking / entertaining. They aren't super high quality so they probably wouldn't last long in a commercial kitchen environment. They cost slightly less than what you would get at a restaurant supply store, so I'm not sure that the lower quality is worth the lower price, but they are working fine for my intended purpose.

Nice set of 1/6 hotel pans, 6" deep. They are great to have around the kitchen and I use them for mixing sauces and marinades, and for mise en place around the stove. It's great for marinades since they don't stain and can handle both cold and hot.

Don't be fooled, These QWAQi brand hotel style pans are the same size and shape as the pans used in many commercial settings, but they are not as thick metal, and therefore will not be as durable. I've worked in commercial kitchens and equipment is often treated quite poorly, and even when it's not, constant use will wear equipment down far more quickly. The product page says these pans are "ideal for use in buffets, catering services, restaurants, hotels, parties, weddings, dining halls, and various other food service settings." Sure, but they just won't last as long as the ones you get from the restaurant equipment store.

I’ve had these for a few days and I’ve used them multiple times already. We did a “feast of 7 fishes†thing, and I used them to organize the shellfish as I cleaned and prepared it. A few of them held beds of ice to keep clams fresh. Then I made kabobs and used them to marinate cut-up chicken thighs and swordfish. They are nice and deep and just the right size to hold a generous portion of an ingredient for a family dinner. Their footprint is small enough that a bunch will fit in the fridge. The stainless steel is sturdy but lightweight. I guarantee if you buy these you’ll find a thousand uses for them. They are very handy!

These are a very nice sturdy item each one has a deep bucket bottom. These are a thick metal that are larger in size than I had expected. The work well for holding food. Great value for the money two thumbs up!

I got these as extras for ingredient dishes in my bain marie sandwich prep table. They are stainless steel, but compared to the ones that you get from restaurant suppliers they seem a little lighter. I'm guessing it's because of slightly thinner material. Hopefully this won't be an issue over time, but the heavier ones do feel more durable.

During the holidays space is a problem on my countertop when I’m prepping to cook or bake as my surface is not very large. I don’t use them to keep Food warm like in a restaurant or anything but instead I use them for prepping. They are tall and take less space in width. So I was able to chop everything that I needed it and have ready on hand while I was cooking. Because they are metal they stay cooler longer and they fit in the fridge nicely with a bit of saran wrap on top. It is an absolute must for any kitchen! They are easily stackable when you’re done and very durable material.
