I use up alot of these disks shaping hardwoods. I was very happy to get these at such a affordable price. The adheasive on the back of the disks adheres well, no slipping or separation when being used on the wheel. These seem to last as long as the pricier brands.

I like these and I've used two of them so far.I think the hook and loop is a little weaker than others but to be fair, you don't need these to stick hard to the orbital sander. They don't have a lot of force on them so they were adequately adhered to the disk.I really have nothing negative to say. I did a little wet-sanding and they performed well. They have not worn out at a faster (or slower) rate than others.I think they represent a good ratio of cost/benefit. I would get them again.

Note that there are several variations in the listing, I’m reviewing the set of 50 discs in 80 grit. This is a good value for a good quality and higher quantity of 50 sanding discs in a rougher 80 grit texture (other textures and grits are available in the listing) . Be sure they are the right size and style for your device. They do not have openings on them for vacuum style devices, and won’t work well with them. Note that no device is included, just the pads. They are for a 6 inch round device (6 inches measured across) that uses a peel and stick pad, not a Velcro style pad.Note however, these are peel and stick backing. You will need a device that is compatible with a peel and stick backing. If you’re using the pull off and on Velcro style pads or a device for that, these aren’t going to work well with it. You could use them on a Velcro style device, but the sticky backing will ruin the Velcro and make it unusable, so I wouldn’t do it unless the Velcro is already unusable or worn. If your device still has good Velcro on it, be sure to get the Velcro back style discs, not these.Note that they are 80 grit (in this variation) which is fairly rough and coarse. It’s not a variety pack, all are 80 grit. The lower the grit number the coarser the sandpaper. They aren’t a mesh screen but a standard sandpaper style. The thickness is good, an even layer of grit and the adhesive works well. The grit texture is printed on the back of the peel off backing paper. They do come wrapped in plastic, but you’ll need your own storage bag for them as once you open the plastic you can’t put them back in it. I used a plastic mesh zipper bag of my own to store them in.Be sure they are the right grit for your use and won’t be too rough for what you’re using them on. Always be sure to wear eye protection (safety glasses) when sanding (no safety glasses are included).

I use PSA disks on a Porter Cable sander that is very aggressive when running at its max speed and while I like that I can take off a lot of material, it tends to eat disks. These stood up very well and the adhesive was great, I never had any issue with the disks coming loose. These disks seem to have a pretty heavy weight backing paper, which is part of what makes them durable.I realized that the P before the grit number means they're using the European FEPA scale instead of the ANSI scale we use in the US. The two are identical 24-220 grit, but P320 has no US equivalent and P400 is equal to US 320 grit.I thought these were a great deal at $0.32 per disk at the time of this review. I'd get these again

These are sturdy sanding discs. They're bigger than my random orbital sander requires, but I can always trim them down if/as needed. The beauty is that they can be used that way, as just regular flat sanding sheets, on a disc sander, or an other number of uses. When I evaluate sandpaper, I look at the backing in terms of the efficacy and sturdiness of the backing (whether it's adhesive, hook & loop, etc.) and, of course, the uniformity and coverage of the grit side. By both measures, these discs grade very well. You won't go wrong if you order these.

The adhesive on these discs is plenty strong enough for my sanding station and they cut wood nicely. Can't speak to durability just yet, but if its an issue, I will definitely update!

These sanding discs are just what they claim to be. They are 80 grit and seem good quality. They did arrive opened but that could have been an accident during shipping so I'm not deducting a star because of it. You can use them alone or you can attach them with the sticky back on the right equipment. I bought these to use by themselves so I'm not worried about the attachment. No complaints.Disclosure: I ordered this item through the Amazon Vine program and I have done my best to provide an honest unbiased review. How I rate the products-5 Stars = Exceeded my expectations. Love it and will buy again.4 Stars = Exactly what I was looking and hoped for. Some issues.3 Stars = Satisfactory. Minor, acceptable issues but it does the job.2 Stars = Wouldn't recommend or buy again. May work for you but did not for me.1 Stars = Complete waste of a product. Went to trash

Ordered this (50) Pack of 6 Inch Grit PSA Sanding Discs Self Adhesive - Sticky Back Sandpaper for 6" DA Sander for my small paint and repair shop. Have been fixing/repairing (3) good size dents in the body of my Ford truck. Recently while shopping online for some body putty for heavy scratches, I saw this(50) pack of DA (6) inch paper. After reading that it's made of aluminum oxide material and sticky back for my DA, I ordered it. This DA paper is of good quality and works just as good as any of the big box store brands I've used. It don't clog up like the cheap stuff and is long lasting. I ordered the 320 grit to help me prime and completely finish and paint my whole truck. It works great on primer as it cuts it down to a nice smooth finish, ready for painting. Happy with order
