I thought my air compressor motor burned up. Luckily it was just the run capacitor that literally went into nuclear meltdown. This cap got it running again. Got this because the specs were within range of what I needed for my Super Pump II motor. This ended up being slightly smaller in diameter than the original, which didn't end up being an issue. I hooked this up and got my pool running again quickly.

Item seems okay, i measured it out at 50 uf but it's smaller than my genteq run cap that it replaced. It also seems like my pool pump struggles more than before. Idk This new cap was very dirty also, it had the mud battery stuff on the outside. Why would the manufacturer be so lazy as to not wash them after production ? My trust factor is pretty low on this one. I'm going to keep looking to se if i can find the original cap.Until then i guess this is a bandaid.

This worked great. I thought my pump was going out because sometimes it would just hum and not kick in so I thought it was a goner until I googled the problem and they all said it was probably the capacitor and it was. I put it on and it works like it did when I bought the pump 2 years ago

Glad I found this on amazon. My pool pump started humming and I took a multimeter to my old capacitor which lead me to buying this new one. Glad I didn't get shocked by the pool pump or the price of this new capacitor. Easy 5 minute fix in total . '
