These are paper coated and work unlike the plastic ones that come with the bread bags and won't stay on the bag and won't stay twisted. I have had paper ones before that the paper tore and came off the wire. these have strong paper that stays and can be used again and again. Thank you for a good product for my homemade bread bags. If you are looking for twist ties I highly recommend these

I love the simple paper bag color of these. I bake bread and occasionally gift a loaf and these are perfect for tying the bag up. I cannot stand plastic coated twist ties, so these are a welcome addition to my “everything” kitchen drawer.

I purchased cellophane bags for bread and the ties that came with them were too short. These ties work great.

The do the job just fine for small household trash can liners all the way up to 33 gal bags used for kitchen and household garbage. They are not heavy duty for some uses, but for this I like them a lot. They have the right length also.

Because these days stores don't really have a lot of twist ties available, I guess because a lot of vegetables are plastic-wrapped. Heck, you can even buy single potatoes wrapped in plastic. Insanity! :)
