This is so much better than any other macerator we have ever purchased for our travel trailer. Easy to set up and easy to use. We camp year around, wish this could be used in freezing weather. Very quiet.

Worked ok for a few months. Now starting to make loud noises. Manufacturer sending me a “replacement part†for me to fix myself. Doesn’t inspire much confidence in them standing behind their product. If I didn’t know how to do my own plumbing, this would result in also having to hire a plumber to undo everything, fix THEIR product and then put it all back together. Not impressed.Spend a bit more and buy a better one.

I've given this product or rather the company 4 stars after working with their support team. They sent me a replacement unit. With that said, after installing first unit that I received (I've not installed the new unit yet), I learned right away that the built-in check valves for the inputs don't work very well; meaning that water backflows into the other inputs, such as the shower pan. Due to this issue, I believe that is also why the pump doesn't always turn on automatically, even when flushing the toilet.Due to how difficult it is to remove, I now need to purchase separate inline check valves to stop the backflow.

i had a macerating toilet in the basement, and the pump went bad on it. i got this to replace it. it hooked up to my existing toilet easily, and has been working great for weeks.

This would cut on with no more than a 1/2 cup water going into it. It’s now totally nonfunctional causing sink overflow and tripping my breaker!! I am very dissatisfied. Amazon was no help in contacting the seller to file a warranty claim so I out almost $300!!

This macerator pump is a convenient solution for adding plumbing fixtures in spaces where traditional setups aren’t feasible. It’s a compact and relatively powerful unit with a straightforward design, but there are a few considerations to keep in mind.Pros: • Versatility: The pump offers multiple inlets, making it suitable for connecting sinks, toilets, and other fixtures in unconventional setups like basements, garages, or detached spaces. • Ease of Installation: While the installation isn’t entirely plug-and-play, the instructions are clear, and the fittings included are sufficient for a standard setup. • Compact Size: Its slim design makes it easier to fit into tight spaces.Cons: • Noise Level: The pump is noticeably loud during operation, which might be an issue depending on its location in your home. • Special Requirements: This unit requires specific toilets and setups, so you’ll need to ensure compatibility before purchasing. • Preliminary Use Only: It’s too early to determine long-term durability, but initial impressions suggest some parts may not be as robust as higher-end models.Overall, this pump meets expectations for adding plumbing in non-traditional spaces, but it’s not without its flaws. If you’re looking for a cost-effective solution and don’t mind some noise, it’s worth considering. For critical installations, you might want to invest in a more durable and quieter model.

Let me first say, this idea came from my wife. My wife likes to cook, but she doesn't like the smell of food in the house. The smell tends to travel throughout the house and ends up in the bedroom across the house. She had been asking me to build her a kitchen in the garage where the smell can be vent out easier. But our biggest issue was that she also wanted a sink. Which wouldn't be an issue, but I really didn't want to cut a hole into a 10" cement slab. I spoke with a buddy of mine and mention adding a urinal/ toilet out in his garage. He said he used a Macerator Pump and the water lines from the washer to send the flash out to a sewer line. He said because he had a toilet he had to also pop an air line out the roof. This gave my the idea that I could do something similar. Instead of the toilet, I ran the sink and the washer into the pump tank and ran the out line into the washer's drain. Since we are not allowing any food down the line, I am not too worried of it getting clogged. So far so good.

Powerful little unit that keeps everything moving smoothly without any issues so far after about 2-plus months. It is a bit loud, but I mean that isn't a big deal since I'm not putting it in my family room or anything so no big deal. Installation seemed to be easy, but to be fair, I had a plumber set it up in my side room that has flow issues forever and it has solved all my problems.8/10 I would recommend it. I hope this review is helpful.
