I got this to keep my animals water from freezing over in the winter time. I've done a couple tests with it and it seems to work fairly well. I really like the coating on the outside of it and make it a little bit more durable. And it has a nice length of cord.

Not satisfied! It only keeps the water around it melted and that is probably about the size of a females hand :/. Would not recommend for duck ponds!

My only reservation is that the thermostat is set to go on at 41° F (OK) but not off until 91° F while I want my pond to freeze over I don't particularly like the fish to be subjected to 90°. there doesn't appear to be any way of holding the water around 50 or 60 degrees without another thermostat.I guess I'll see pretty soon.

The compact size makes it easy to carry for travel or camping. It's a practical, efficient solution for those needing a quick way to heat water without a large appliance. I’m ready for the winter

This very easily keeps a 35 gallon water bucket in a liquid state even at 20 below windchill. The alpacas and I are both thankful!

Not as cumbersome as my last one
