I had to hesitate at first when i bought this item, but only for the fact of what i was choosing to use it for which was hunting. I have to say after i got it all set up the product worked exactly how i wanted it to. I was able to keep 5 inches of ice open about 20 by 30 yards. I have to throw in this was in 2.5 ft of water to which it says it works better in a little deeper water. I actually made a review video for this too and you can check that out here. ran mine off of a generator, however, if you plan to do this it does draw a lot of amps on the 1 hp model, when it is running it is somewhere around 13 amps. I recommend you check out what your max amps is on your generator if you plan to use it this way because a lot will trip around that. Other then that it is a great product and i would recommend it to anyone, especially for hunting.

This product works great I wish it wasn’t so expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. I’ve lived on the lake for almost 30 years and I can say I dreaded the idea of getting in the water and try to rake the MuckWell my neighbor told me about this product and I did a YouTube search and thought I will give it a go and I’m glad I did !I wish I would’ve found this product 10 years agoAfter the first few hours of running I noticed a difference. After running it for a couple hours a day for a couple months it’s made a big huge difference in my lakefront I can actually walk out and have sand and not be up to my knees in Muck. People say well it’s expensive to run because of the electricity and I tell them I do not care one bit because my back and my time or a lot more expensive than electricity.It churns up the muck and the muck being lighter than the sand the muck kind of blows away or drifts off and the sand settles back downtown the pan so what you’re left with is a sandy beach. I have 120 feet of lakefront so if you can imagine moving this product around from spot to spot on different areas trying to churn up the Muck. I ended up buying the isolators for another $700 or so so I wouldn’t have to go out there and try to turn it every couple hours. the isolator is also a great investment.

This thing really works! We have our dock frozen in the lake and this thing just chewed up the ice in no time.

Love this! It cleans our lake front like magic. Note- you need an oscillating machine and dock mount to make it work, but it does an amazing job.

I purchased this product in April 2020 which I used at my lake house on weekends only. It only came with 2 propellers but the photo showed more. It seemed to suck things into it which I was constantly having to clear between the propellers. It didn't have an automatic shut off to flip the breaker if something got caught. A piece of wood got caught and locked up the motor. They are telling me there is no warranty for something I paid $650 dollars for and only used on weekends for less than 6 months. What a waste of money and poor service.

Simple install on the floating dock and removes the ice in a very short period of time.
