The pool wall and liner as well as the pump and filter are good. The seller misrepresented the ladder. They sent a cheap ladder not the one pictured. The hoses and fitting for the pump and filter are worthless. If you buy this pool, plan on buying hard pipe and valves and unions. This was a disappointment I’m 64 and this was not the quality we expected. I would give the seller a 1 on a scale of 1 - 10.

We ordered the 12 ft. 52 in. Pool and are over all happy with our purchase. The Pool itself seems to be good quality & didn’t seem to be too complicated to set up .We did have a few issues with the pump & some of the other fittings but I contacted customer service who immediately got back to me. They quickly handled everything and rectified the problem. I would recommend this pool.

Product was delivered earlier than expected; however left in road. Assembly instruction very misleading. The filter fittings are very cheap and flimsy. The Ladder we got was not what was pictured! Also very flimsy and unstable! Instructions very difficult to follow. How do we rectify this issue ? Do you send us the correct ladder or credit my account for the difference? Hopefully the pool will hold up and not be as flimsy as the mentioned products!!

Alot of work, but worth every minute of it. We had ours put into the ground and building a deck around the 3 foot that was left above ground. The pump is better than any we have ever had.

This pool took about 3hrs for Hubby to install. Our neighbor helped with maneuvering the sidewalls, but once that was installed into its track everything went smoothly (except for the 🥵 that day). Pool took approx 6hrs to fill, and we were swimming 24hrs after that!

Unfortunately assembly is still in process but the delivery was great as it happened about four days earlier than first promised. The pool components are as they should be and we are currently trying to get it assembled.

The pool arrived before the delivery date they left it in my driveway it’s heavy so you are gonna need help getting it inside the stairs are a little hard to assemble there’s no YouTube video (well I dint find one) the pool took a whole day to assemble it was just my husband and stepdad working on it we used foam edge protectors around the pool it brings a paper for you to go the warranty but the website never worked on me which it sucks i think it took a whole day to get filled up
