Used these plugs to close toilet flanges in our church basement, when plastic (Home Depot) versions were blown out by hydrostatic pressure from multiple downspouts above during heavy rainstorms. After cleaning the mess, and replacing test plugs. No more problems. I had to grind the baseplate slightly of the 4" plug to fit. But otherwise a well made and designed product
