Got it fast and great price. Had to grind the plug down a bit with the dremmel to fit the existing socket. Part is taller then the previous one but works great. We have heat again.

Works well but it's not completely plug-and- play. The head was too big for the plug. I had to enlarge the plug with a flathead screw driver before it would fit the bigger head on this flame sensor. Also, this flame sensor is much longer than the OEM but that is not a problem since it still fit well without touching anything else. Only the bigger head is the issue but once installed, it works well.

This was a bit longer in than the flame sensor that was installed, although we had been regularly getting dirty sensor alerts. This year it was time, for a new one.Since the local supply places don't stock parts anymore... you have to wait for shipping one way or another. Locally I was looking at approx. $30 for a single sensor, that was also OEM. For the same amount of time, half the cost and no labor fee, I was back running perfectly before the arctic winds hit. And we have a future backup!

This part was easy to install and shipped the next day. The problem I had was it only lasted 3 weeks then I had to replace it. I also had to cut the top a little to fit the plug.

It worked on my older Ultra V Tech 80 furnace #45647-001I did have to snip off the older female electrical quick tab/spade connector…as the male flame sensor tab was slightly bigger. That was No was no problem, turned furnace back on and it’s been working good since.I keep my furnace and water heater clean and maintained all the time.

I always keep a couple of furnace flame sensors on hand. The furnace quite this spring and the furnace led indicator should the the flame sensor failed to detect flame. A quick and easy change out and the furnace is running again.
