I purchased this mainly because I wanted to incorporate more vegetables into my diet. I liked that this came with extra attachments unlike other models available. So far i have used them for grating cheese and cutting some onions/tomatoes. It's not as smooth to use as I would like but it gets the job done to make a quick salad without having to bring out the chopping board. As for the spinner itself, it does work for light items. The main gripe I have is that there isn't a way to secure the lid to the bowl. If you are spinning something heavy, the bowl will jump around on the table. I find myself having to hug it while holding the lid down so it doesn't pop off.

Had to return this product. It looked used when I first opened it but when I examined closely, I think that’s just how they came out from the factory. The blades looked like they weren’t going to last long.

I have been trying to eat healthy so I've been looking for a quick and efficient way to prepare my food. It's easy to use and comes with multiple attachments that make cutting and slicing fruits and vegetables easier. I also liked the added feature for egg separation. The one downside is that I don't believe it's dishwasher safe. The design is practical, and the bowl is a good size for 2 people - not too bulky, but can handle a decent amount of produce. This is a great addition to your kitchen!

This is not a 5.3 quart lettuce spinner as advertised. The large transparent bowls holds 4.5 quarts when filled to the brim. That was the first disappointment when I opened the package and realized how small it was. The second disappointment came when I tried out the vegetable cutter attachments. The slicer is ok for cucumbers, but too small for things like daikon radishes or potatoes. The other attachments are all useless. Their blades are sharp enough to do damage to your fingers, but too small and dull to support smooth cutting of vegetables. I don't recommend using them without a cut resistant glove. The Citrus juicer is too small for anything but limes. The plastic ginger grater is ineffective. The salad spinner works well enough, but it is far from the "large capacity" promised in the product description. None of the components are dishwasher safe. At almost $30, this salad spinner does not provide a good value.
