Checked all pins with a micrometer, every one was accurate to size. Box states -.0002" tolerance but I measured a couple that were -.0003", could have been my fault in measuring though. Cases are solid. Overall a great purchase for the price.

Having no apprentice available, I measured every one myself. I found one that was a tenth more minus than I'd have expected, but it's more than good enough for my needs. I'll just warm that one up in my pocket before use and it will be on spec. None were missing, mislabeled, oversized, malformed or otherwise jacked up. I'm very pleased.

I did not receive the pin sets listed. I received 3 random, mismatched sets. the .011-.060 set is like the add, no complaint there. The .061-.250 set is in a blue case of similar quality to the listing, other than the odd color it will work as intended, not worth sending back for a refund. The .251-.500 set however, came in the cheapest piece of junk case ever made. I would NOT have purchased this set had I known I'd get this case. There is no hinge, only a cheap thin piece of plastic that will soon break off after a few uses. Seen this happen to every case like this. Contacted the seller and voiced my complaint about the misrepresentation of the cases, and was offered a partial refund of $12. The pins themselves are of decent quality for what they are, but who knows what you'll actually get because according to the seller "Unfortunately our listings get combined with other like listings so the pictures are sometimes inaccurate."

The packing could not have been done better (i know because i had a packing and shipping business). All pins are accounted for. The ones i checked are within spec. As i was checking them i put a smaller down on its end and it stood up. the smallest one to stand on end was .035. That tells me that the ends are cut square even on the smallest ones. I don't need a high degree of accuracy but, if i did, i think i could trust this set.

The pin gauges were very good quality and accuracy for the money. The only thing I can see that will require attention down the line are the hard plastic boxes and latches; they will not stand up to much use before breaking. Overall they are a great value and I would recommend them.
