The grip on the sticks is nice, no slip. Light and fast. Similar to Hickory Nylon tip 7As without breaking and needing Eye protection. Better feel than the Carbon Fiber option. Excellent if you play fast and hard.

My son kept tapping on the table, the chair, his legs whenever he enjoyed the beat of the music. I have suggested that we get him drum lessons, but in the meantime, I purchased drumsticks to see if he would even be interested. When they arrived, I appreciated the bright color and the anti-slip handles. My son is 15 and is about 5'6". I'm not sure if they are the right size, but they seem to be a good length. This is the most excited I've seen this teenager when he realized that the package that arrived were drumsticks for him. Next purchase will be drum lessons and a drum pad.
