These are great for running off microcontrollers without using a gate driver. I’m using them to switch on small dc motors and they work as expected.

These seem to real IRLZ44N's Tested them and all work to spec. If you need logic level mosfets these would be a good choice...

You really have to watch ordering this one. The search engines will substitute an IRFZ44N. That is what I ordered by mistake somewhere else and it wouldn't work in the circuit I have. This is a REAL IRLZ44N... see the photo. They are clean, sharp, priced right and ready to work. Thanks for a quality product and the fast shipping.
