Not only are these great switches for 3.3V, 5V, and 12V circuits, they handle lots of soldering heat (ask me how I know) and zap-worthy static charges. These low-cost Chinese vendors have come a long, long way.

These seem to be real 2N7000 transistors, meeting the published specifications. I have used them only in switching mode, but they have all worked with no non-functional items.The leads are a bit thinner they are on most transistors made for the big domestic US/European semiconductor manufacturers, but they are likely sufficient for hobbyist uses.

Expected set of MOSFETs shipped in a small sturdy plastic box. Received all in good order although I didn't count all 100 of them. Set of 100 allowing for ample experimentation before committing to the final circuit

Work well, but need a slightly more powerfull magnet than I normally used ( not much though ). Use on OO Gauge Layout for Mimic Panel Lighting to show direction of travel.The only issue is the Switching only happens if the magnet moves in the correct direction ( N -> S or S -> N ) so reversing Models don't always activate the Switch. I found placing them Side-On worked a little better.Having said that well worth the money.
