I had previously purchased another brand and it worked very well for me, and I needed new ones and they are no longer being sold by the seller, so I thought I’ll just grab any other one, since they must all be the same right? Wrong. The previous ones I had retained their full sponge shape up until the day I threw them away. As you can see in my photo, the sponge has collapsed/compressed/whatever the term is when a sponge no longer puffs back up to its original shape. Overtime, the foam packs down hard and well—-I’m now ready to buy new ones!!!!Oh, I use these to moisten my fingers to count cash or to open plastic bags.

These work but they are a little awkward to use. The sponge dips when you run the envelope across so you have to angle the letter to get it to work. Much better than other options we have tried so far.

This is a simple product that does exactly what it’s supposed to. It’s a basic plastic casing with a sponge inside that you fill with water to moisten envelopes or your fingers. The sponge holds moisture well without drying out too quickly, and it’s comfortable to use. If you need something like this, it’s a solid option that works just fine.
