Works fast . Did the job. Had to drill a hole on the bottom of the replacement radiator for my Pontiac Sunfire 2000 in order to attach the fan.

I needed a 3/4 inch hole in a piece of steel, these 5 bits not only provided an immediate solution they potentially can produce future holes needed. The center punch is a great bonus it makes a dent that will prevent slipping of the bit when starting a hole. Low price and high performance is great to have.

For the cost, the automatic center punch has worked every time which I can't say the same from HF. The other five bits have held up to some light home owner abuse so far.

Arrived fast. Needed to cut through a furnace wall 1/16†steel to run pipe into it. Set your drill on a medium speed and let the bit do the work. Excellent.

So far this is one of the best step bits I have gotten, I am in my first year of welding at skagit valley college, the students there mostly destroy consumables. We had a project that required a 3/4 in hole in 1/4in thick mild steel plate. This bit made it through the entire class of 24 and I did a final test hole to see how it held up. Still was cutting like new. I have used a lot of step bits through my days this is probably the best one I have used.
