When I received the package and felt how much it weighed, I immediately knew this was a strong ladder. The included assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the entire assembly and mounting process took less than 30 minutes. The ladder also came with a pair of white gloves, which was a thoughtful addition that made the assembly process even easier and cleaner.Once installed, the ladder proved to be very strong and sturdy. Climbing up and out of the window well is now a breeze, thanks to the ladder's solid construction. It's a great safety product that has given us peace of mind. We feel much safer knowing that our child has the ability to escape out of his window if ever needed. Overall, this is a great product that I highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their home safety.

Update: I've added a star because the company reached out and offered a partial refund for the missing hardware. I accepted and am satisfied with the transaction.Original Review:Ladder seems good enough but it was missing the nyloc nuts. Going to have to go to the hardware store and spend an extra $10+ to complete what should have been a 15 minute install. FYI they are M8-1.25.

There is a second-story dwelling on a property I have that only has a wooden stairway for exit. While the building code in my state seems to grandfather in this state of affairs, I wanted to address what I felt was a security issue. This Zwinz four-step steel ladder meets my needs to place under a window.

I grabbed the ladder for my husband. It only took him like 10 minutes to get everything assembled and together. Super heavy duty metal material that will last for a very long time. Decent size, great price.

Need to secure the hardware to the product so if the box gets damaged, the screws don't fall out. (Speaking from experience,.)

This heavy-duty window well ladder is heavy--24.4lbs and heavy duty. It was very easy to assemble and came with two choices of mounting hardware--for concrete/masonry or for wood. The steps are made from rebar and I am certain it will support its touted weight limit of 510 lbs. Too heavy for my RV, but will bring a lot of comfort to those staying in my basement.

This should last a lifetime. Solid materials. Easy assembly and construction seems to be solid as well. We are using this in our kids fort under roof for the second level. Should last a lifetime.

Very sturdy. I used this for my shed roof that I was repairing. I needed to climb up and down often and the ladder was too unstable. It comes in different lengths and is perfect for that.Easy to assemble and high quality.
