For the price, really love this machine, does all that I want it to, very clean cuts and the engraving is tight. Bought a Creality Ender 3 for 3D printing and super satisfied with it, so this was a no brainer for me. Great company, awesome results for low cost. Would HIGHLY recommend getting the honeycomb bed, makes a big difference in the results. Couldn't be happier!

This item worked ONCE. The next morning when i went to use it, it would not connect to my Mac or Windows laptops. I tried new cables, uninstall/reinstall of Falcon Design Space and Lightburn, changed the OS from Mac to PC, snugged all connections, turn off/On. The results are as follows: The device turns on....thats the whole review, nothing more, nothing less. If you want the LASER to turn on, get another brand. This item has become completely useless, especially when the Laser of the LASER Engraver will not even illuminate.

Without a power supply, there’s no way to use this.
