Great steel honeycomb! Magnets are a plus! To be honest, I do mostly "small stuff". Coasters, earrings, etc so I really don't need a larger honeycomb. This one is "just right" for my use. Magnets come in handy for holding pieces in place. I also use a large flat magnet which used to be an ad for a business stuck on a car door so approx 2x3 feet which I cut up as templates, holding 4x4 pieces in place (read coasters). Great if you want to do "both sides" of your piece. Magnets that came with the honeycomb don't hold the piece down very well and get in the way of the laser, so you'd do better to put them on the sides. Works well. Worth the money. Get it!

Purchase to use with my laser engraver and it works awesome it fits on the whole area of the laser travel and keep my table surface from getting burnt.

Super heavy weight construction. Live the nice magnets included to hold wood down if needed. Great size, as I have the Sculpfun S30 Ultra.Comes with aluminum sheeting to go underneath to protect work bench. Easy to use, square with measurements on edge. No back side burn marks. Great value! Highly recommended!!

works well , only issue I have with it is the outer edge, it is quite wide and with my Z1 I had to raise the laser above the honey comb so I could laser at the zero mark. The control box on the Z1 is in the way.Has functioned for my purposes and pretty sure if i had purchased a different laser this round it would not have been an issue. It does of the guide ruler on the left side, but hard to see because the laser rails are above it obstructing the viewing angle. Good product for a weeks worth of test cutting.

This border significantly reduces the available engraving space, making it a bit misleading in terms of usable area. If you're planning on working with larger materials, this could be a bit of a limitation.That being said, once you account for the reduced workspace, the item itself works great. The honeycomb structure is solid and provides excellent support for your materials during engraving or cutting. It holds materials firmly in place, which prevents warping or movement that could ruin a project. The design allows for good airflow beneath the material, helping with clean cuts and reducing the risk of burns on the underside.The bed is also very easy to set up and use with my laser engraver. It fits nicely into my existing setup, and I had no trouble aligning it for my first project. It’s made of durable materials, so I expect it to hold up well with regular use.Overall, while the smaller working space was a bit of a letdown, the honeycomb bed performs well in terms of functionality and ease of use. Absolutely! On top of it’s impressive features, The honeycomb laser bed is lightweight, Making it easy to change out and transport. The work surface is easy to clean, for optimal performance overtime. I’ve noticed a marked improvement of my projects , with reduced material warping, and better details. If you’re serious about your laser, cutting and engraving, then this honeycomb laser bed is an essential upgrade that delivers on its promises
