I'm having some issues with the engraver it's not still what I was expecting these are all from the first one I got till this one that I got these are two different models I got through and neither one of them is really a universal tool that could be used for everything from the rough to the finish to finish would be great but the wood bits that you have with the unit are insignificant for the work that I do I need something more durable for wood and and the finish that it can do I've been thinking about returning it am I still able to do so I have used it and charged it more than once maybe twice I've used your bitch to see whether they're capable of doing the work I do and they are under the efficiency level I can only use it mostly on find very fine detailing and the bitch that you have are not durable enough for woodworking I'm thinking about returning it is it still possible

Bought for a 19yr old son. Apparently it was just what he needed for some smaller projects. Works great. The only complaint I got was wishing the motor ran a bit faster.
