I buy hundreds of quality products from Amazon every year and only review one or two. I had to leave a review for this thing because I love it and use it every single day. It's earned its place on my kitchen counter! It is so, so easy, and makes the most amazing nut milk! It tastes so much better and fresher than store bought! It also makes the easiest smoothies ever -- a few pieces of fruit, a little yogurt, a couple of minutes, and I'm done. AND it has a self-cleaning feature -- just add water and let it run, pour it out and you're good to go. It's attractive, really well made, and doesn't take up much countertop space. I love that the inside is quality stainless steel -- no weird chemical coatings. The nut milk this makes is so tasty that I drink a nice frothy mug of it every day when I take a break in the afternoon -- it's that good! You can use it in place of a tea kettle for boiling water, too. This is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time (and I make a lot!)

I am seriously obsessed with this, it makes the best nut milk. I just got it and can't stop using it! Super easy to use and quick (8-10 min). I have tried making nut milk in the past by hand and oh my lord that takes way too long and is messy! The only thing that this could improve is if the cup detaches so it's easier to pour the milk content and clean. Other than that I am very satisfied!

After reading one of the reviews, I thought the nut milk function will come out hot, which is what I want. But it definitely didn’t come out hot after receiving the product and tried it. Nut milk function will just come out at whatever temperature of water when you add it. Additionally, the manual says only soymilk and boil water have “keep warm†functions which lead me to think only these two functions will come out as hot fluid. I don’t want to use the soymilk function to make nut milk neither because soymilk takes 30 mins preset time, while nut milk takes only 8 mins preset time. The fine mesh still won’t filter out all the fine grits, but I personally don’t want to use cloth, so the nut milk still had fine grits, not too bad though. To me, if the nut milk doesn’t come out as hot, then I can just use my blender. The only benefit of using this product is the timed function so you can be hands off as opposed to using a blender. Overall, good product.

I am very pleased with this purchase. Product looks nice and appears to be made well. I like that it has a pour spout and that it is self cleaning. I have made almond milk and cashew milk and both turned out great! I tried the hot chocolate mode and was a bit disappointed that it took 30 to make, but still was very good and convenient. Going to try soymilk next. Apparently you make the basic milks and if you want to add sweeteners or add more ingredients you switch it to juice mode to add the additional ingredients ( after making the basic milk) so that it won’t stick or burn. As others have said, there is no menu button. Just a start button that you keep pushing until it lights up the mode you want. Others have said that it didn’t have a recipe book, but I got a little one with mine. It uses oz or Grams for quantities and I wish it was measured in cups so I don’t have to convert. I do have a digital scale so that is helpful. After a couple of times, I have been able to estimate the amounts. Overall I am thrilled with this purchase so far.

You can’t make nut or oat milk at home that is the same as store bought. The enzymes, emulsifiers, and straining process is key. This blended up oats very fine indeed but you would have to strain several times to remove everything that will separate and sink to the bottom. Without an emulsifier it will separate before you can use it. However if you like to constantly shake whatever you put it in then it might work for you. Did not care for it personally so I sent it back.
