These worked perfect for roof rack. They're small, but big enough for standard ratchet tie down hook. You can slide it into track but I chose to drill a hole thru for added strength. Easy to install.

I’m using them in the factory rails of a Crescent Lite Tackle kayak and they fit great. I needed 3 washers for each to clamp properly. The package only included 5, which seems to be a recurring issue in the reviews. So I’ll have to order more to get all 6.

While not as thick/strong as another set of T-slot bolts I purchased that had to be fed in from the end of my T-slots, I liked that these could be put in from the middle of your T-slot so you didn't have to take other things off your T-slot to feed these eye bolts into the slot.I did end up purchasing a bag of stainless steel washers as the bolts were a little long and ended up bottoming out in my T-slot that was no problem and didn't cause any other issues.Again due to their mounting style I don't feel they'd be as strong as thicker ones that slide in from the end of your T-slot, these did seem strong enough for my use and I'm happy with my purchase.Oh my T-slot is black so might have preferred this item to be black(it's shinny stainless steel) but that should be obvious from the photos.

Good quality but t-nuts did not fit slots on Trailrax rack. Had to grind down sides and top/bottom of t-nuts to get them to fit. Did not have to grind down a lot, maybe .01 to .02 inches but it is very hard material.
