I do very intricate cross stitch projects that take over a year to complete. Six cards will technically hold 222 colors but I skip every other hole to reduce tangling, and I like to keep six strands on one side and fewer strands on the left to minimize confusion about which strands to separate. These are wonderful. Thread doesn't tangle and I can put larger stickers with floss numbers and symbols that are easier to see. It also won't crush wool threads for needlepoint. These were a good investment. No more ripping the holes on those card stock holders that come with kits

I got these because my particular project has 20+ colors and combinations... so far they are working wonderfully... we will see how they do on a trip on the road... great purchase

Trying to keep my embroidery thread organized is a pain. I’m always looking for the right color and if there’s enough to complete my project.This item is perfect! Everything has its own space. The numbers help keep things identifiable.It just makes the whole process easier.Very pleased!
