This small no frills lock appears solid and feels heavy and sturdy upon holding it. It has a dent here or there but it's cosmetic and I'm sure it will show more dents in time. It doesn't look easy to break for the lock is a sturdy all metal construction. Each lock has it's own working key, you cannot use one key for all locks in the box. Good for luggage, small boxes, mail boxes, travel cases, backpacks and leather clothing and accessories used in bondage fetish activities.

These little luggage locks are a great buy. We needed to replace the locks on our building's thermostats, and these little locks are ideal.

Several of the keys could not open the locks it came with could only get 3 locks open
