Set up was really quick ( 10 minutes by myself). The metal feels very thick and sturdy and has handled having myself and a bar loaded with 3 45s on each side with ease. The incline adjustment is very smooth and there are plenty of height settings for my all my needs. Its compact size and manageable weight make it easily moveable with wheels on one set of legs while maintaining stability. Durable, sturdy, and practical and for a price I won’t lose sleep over ðŸ‘ðŸ½

Got this bench to replace a older weider bench I have had for years, price was comparable to others I had been looking at online.I was impressed by the thickness of the bench as soon as I opened the box, assembly was fast had it together in less than 15 minutes. Padding is firm but very comfortable, adjusting the bench is very easy and it folds up easily for storage. Been using it daily with no issues. Would definitely recommend!!
