This exercise bench was very simple to put together. It has now become the most used exercise apparatus in our home. It is not just for weightlifting it’s for all kinds of work outs adults and kids. It has worked great for my knee replacement doing therapy work outs on it. It weighs about 23 lbs so is simple to move and has a flexible bolt so easily folded up to put under bed or stand up for storage or just to get it out of the immediate way. The dimensions are 45†long 18 “high and 16.5 wide so it doesn’t take up that much space but gives you and excellent sturdy place to do what you need to do. 7 inch pad covered with a non slip durable leather allows your bones and joint some flexibility so that pressure points don’t happen. The regular leather burn marks from sliding across or moving on it also do not happen with the depth of cushion giving it flexibility in moving along or around on it. Excellent for the distribution of weight as well. My son weight lifts on it, I do my stretches and therapy on it, my daughter does her gymnastic moves on it and my husband uses it for all types of exercise. It’s definitely great for the whole family.

Very easy to assemble, and surprisingly quality materials it was manufactured with. It feels sturdier and looks better finished than all other benches in this price range I’ve seen from my workout bench hunt. It has a nice wide bench to support larger builds compared to competing benches, and it’s very sturdy when laying down.Nicely weighted, your body weight is evenly distributed and it doesn’t feel like you’re going to fall over. Overall a great deal at the price range. It also folded up smaller than other stowaway benches, and managed to clear the small 7 inch gap under my bed to be nice and out of sight when not in use!Customer service was also great. I had one small issue with a replaceable locking mechanism that arrived broken. I contacted the manufacturer and within 24 hours had a response, a solution, and a few days later had a replacement part that works perfectly. Overall, I’ve been very impressed and frankly surprised at how well this company handles their business.

I wanted a fold up bench that I can setup and use and then fold it up and throw it in a corner when done. This bench is nice a sturdy and has a nice thick pad which is much thicker than the ones you get with a standard work bench. Plus it’s quick and easy to setup and break down.Everything is nice a sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap. Nice tubular design that makes it strong but makes it light enough to maneuver around with ease.The only thing that I wish it had was a bar for your legs. That way you could use it for sit-ups also.Other than tat, it’s a great product.

I'm always sort of reluctant to purchase exercise equipment/gear online because of the fear of broken parts, assembly, and etc. HOWEVER this product definitely changed my perspective on that. I had to give this product 5 stars because it is exactly as advertised, if not better!!! The sturdiness of this bench is incredible and the material that it is made out of far surpassed my expectation for this price! What a great deal this is! Assembly is a piece of cake. It is also folds very easily and is easy to store away for later use. Overall it is just a 10/10 piece of equipment and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in need of a great workout bench!

This bench design for the folding legs is a much better design than another brand I returned. The twist peg allows you to open or fold the legs and secure with the twist knob and folds up nicely. Stable, good construction. Nice bench for the price. Good Folding mechanism.

After the Covid rush, I finally decided to set myself up to do weight training at home (better late than never!). I reviewed many folding benches and this one looked the best to me and had great reviews. It is, in fact, awesome. The bench is lightweight but very sturdy and easy to fold up and store – important when your house is small and you don't have a dedicated "fitness room". The cushioning is comfortable but firm and feels like it will last a long time. The price was also affordable compared with the other options I looked at. I don't write many reviews, but when a product is great I think the manufacturer should be rewarded.

Bought this to add to my home gym and it's a perfect fit! It was easy to put together and functions beautifully. It's lightweight and easy to move or fold up and carry. The only minor issue is if you're doing bridges off of it then it will slide a bit on wood floors. I put a yoga mat under it to give it a bit more stability. Overall, VERY happy with it. I looked at other options on Amazon that were more expensive and had bad reviews. This one has lived up to all the five star reviews it has. Quality is very good.

Product was delivered on time. Packaged really well. Very happy with the squat rack. But I'm a little concerned about the bench. The padding already looks rippled out of the box. And you have to make sure that the bottom legs are really spread out wide otherwise it rocks back and forth. Time will tell. Very happy that the company guarantees the product so if the bench wears faster than usual I may contact them.

Che dire, all'inizio sembrava abbastanza solida, a parte che il cuscino"ballava" di lato (e bastavano dei traversini più grossi od un legno di base del cuscini per renderla stabile). La ho tenuta perché la usavo solo per panca piana quindi non mi dava fastidio.Però se si vuole fare per fare rematore, step up, o dip panchetta la panca è INUTILE.Purtoppo causa Covid per un po' non mi sono allenato, e solo troppo tardi, qualche giorno fa', mi sono accorto che uno dei piedi è un po' storno (quasi 2 cm alla base), il che rende la panca non sicura e pericolosa (più di quanto non lo fosse) con alti carichi.Sconsigliata. Bevor man zu einer Multi-Funktion-Bank greift, dann lieber zu dieser. Meistens sind die Bänke mit mehreren Funktionen eine instabile Spielerei. Mit dieser Bank ist seriöses Training ohne Probleme möglich. Besonders für Männer mit 90 oder mehr Kilos. Männer greift zu dieser Bank. Ich selbst wiege 90kg und war über 15 Jahre im Fitness Studio. Deshalb kann ich das einschätzen. Preis-Leistung top! Qualität stabil und geformt für einen Mann.

This bench is impeccable. You'd assume that folding benches would be less sturdy, but no, this is great. Very dense and feels like a good quality material. I have no fears using this over a regular bench that you'd see at a gym. Assembly was a breeze and holds up very well. The knob is easy to use and folds quite neatly into a corner. As the headline mentions - the customer service is great. They do take every complaint or comment seriously and responded to my email within an hour to make sure that I was happy with my product. So great product, customer service and price all in one bundle. Highly recommended to my friends and will buy more (if this bench ever does manage to break).
