The bench fits nicely over the APOLLO BOARD and allows me to fully train my upper body - without restrictions. I think this bench is a must-have for all users.

I needed motivation to start doing ab workouts again and this bench has done that for me. It provides a great workout for my abs by locking in my feet and allowing me to slow down and really target my core with the incline. Crunches on the floor bother my lower back but this somehow relieves the strain. Whether it’s the padded back support or just the position I’m in, I feel like I can comfortably do more and more is important when it comes to strengthening my core. I now actually enjoy doing ab training after every workout and am feeling a lot stronger for it already. I use this bench some for upper body strength with weights too. The knee rest can be set in one of 3 positions and the anchor for the feet can be fixed or lightly movable. The foot anchor has a pin to lock it but is also held secure by tension if you want a bit of movement. I actually prefer when it moves a bit, I think that helps relieve back strain. This is working out fantastic for me!

I love this bench so far, but already, it's beginning to feel like parts are loosening up irreparably. I use it every day, so I'll see how long it lasts and provide an update.

Very strong product 300 lb person sitting on it it doesn't wobble or Shake excellent foam in the metals is good quality

Are the 5 levels of adjustment in the room with us? I must be blind cause the only thing I’m seeing that is adjustable is the height of the knee rests. The decline of the backboard is pretty steep and I guess I thought that would be adjustable a little.It’s pretty solid feeling once you’re on it but I noticed it was off balance and wobbly right out of the box. It’s super light weight which was a pleasant surprise. There’s pretty much no assembly so that was nice. The cushion is comfortable as well as the leg rests.I’m hoping this motivates me to lose some of my belly fat and tone up.

This product has got me back doing sit-ups, which is an exercise I hadn’t done since high school (I’m 61). After just a month, I’m already seeing some real definition in my abs, and I’m pretty darn proud of that. It’s plenty sturdy, and the padded feet on the unit do not mar my floor.
