Perfect fit for my application. I own 2012 F 150 with a 5.0.Tough to install but most diy'ers can do it with just a few simple tools.

This product did not fit correctly. Missing plastic peace that heater hose from radiator connects to. Hose going towards engine was too long had to cut to length. Clamps were not strong enough keep fluid from leaking out. Don’t buy, get OEM one for extra 20 bucks.

Junk I had to install hose clamps because the ones supplied were too weak and I had leaks.

Hose was far too long, included hose clamps didn't keep the hose from moving and caused hose to leak. Female side of the tee fitting wouldn't seat correctly even after cutting the hose to fit, causing more leaks. Don't waste your money.
