What I like about this tie: it is nice and long with plenty of length for long waisted men; it is just the right width to look great; and the color is just the right hue. With the right knot this tie looks very good. The only downside to the tie is the thickness of the material making it almost impossible to tie with a double Windsor knot. The included tying instrructions are quite helpful though.

It was a good quality tie. I have a long torso and im a big guy and usually have problems finding ties wide and long enough but this tie was plenty long and wide. The price was really good to. Definitely will get more of these in deferent colors.

I like the color of the material used for this tie. The stitching on the reverse side of the tie does not look like it was done well. It does not look like it will stand the test of repeated use and time. I normally tie a half-windsor knot. This tie looks good with a half-windsor. The problem is the heavy friction when you’re going through the process of forming the knot. This material does not slide against itself very well. Therefore, the tie tying process takes longer than it should.

As a taller gentleman, finding ties that are long enough can be a real challenge. This 63" XL tie from is a game-changer! It's the perfect length, allowing me to tie a proper knot and still have the tie reach my belt buckle without looking comically short. The 3.35" width is a classic, versatile size that works well with various shirt collars and suit styles.Beyond the length, the quality of this tie is excellent. He also happens to have a difficult time tying his own tie.I am so pleased with the purple hue and look of this tie. It coordinates well with the light purple and white pinstripe shirt I chose it for. It is not a deep, grape cough syrup color that I feared it may be.The length is wonderfully long! Enough so it can be tied properly with the thin side strung through the back and the front still hitting his belt buckle the slightest bit. My husband is a former MP so these details are important.The fabric is adequate and the tie came boxed neatly. The box also included good, easy to follow instructions with words and pictures on how to get the tie properly tied. I am so very grateful for them, as now I will not have to do it!At just under $9 US at the time of my review, this is a very affordable tie in an 63" length.
