Great value for the quality. Looks identical to OEM part. Replaced OEM valve with this one on 2016 528i x drive which was blowing cold air even on max heat setting. After replacement the heat started to work immediately.

My 2012 535i started to blow cold although the setting is 80 F and has enough coolant. After some researching and confirming from the dealer, this part was the culprit. Basically, its stuck in closed position and the blower blows cold air no matter what the setting is.I got some help from youtube videos on the replacement. Although it took me about one hour, it should definitely take less than that if you have the proper tools such as the hose clamp plier. Its attached to a power source clip, easy to pull but, releasing the hose clamps is definitely a challenge especially since they are sitting at hard-to-reach area in the engine bay.Definitely recommend if you are able to do so. The dealer quoted me almost $800 for the same job with the OEM part.

I had a no heat issue. This instantly fixed my problem. It has worked flawlessly thru winter. My order also included the seal rebuild kit. Very satisfied! Thank you!

Disappointed that my box came with just the part, not the extra rebuild kit in the picture. This part is made in China. Replaced my factory part with the Bosch brand name, made in France. The part works OK, although there's now a distinct whirring noise whenever the heat is on. There was no noise with the original part. The installation was a huge chore. Took an hour loosening tight coolant hoses in hard to reach places. I'm too lazy to take it off again, so I'm keeping it. If I could do it over, I'd buy OEM.

My bmw 2013 535i had issue with the passenger side ac warm and driver side cold . I bought this and immediate fix . Will recommend.
