Needed a tripod that allows me to position my iphone camera for overhead shot or making video. It came with everything needed to do that. It fit my iphone 14 max pro with protective cover. If using the extensive horizontally, make sure you place filled the included "sand bag" and hang it on the other end, otherwise it might tip over. It should hold a regular camera also, but be careful, it may topple due to weight. Overall, I am satisfied and for the price, it is a good deal.

I use this for unboxing videos and top-down videos. The horizonal arm is a little too short and you can see the tripod legs in the shot. I fixed this by zooming in my camera more and setting the tripod next to the table. That's why I give this 4 stars. If the horizonal arm was an extra 8 inches longer, this problem would go away. Nice, light tripod for the price, just be warned about the horizonal piece.

It’s cheap, and it works just like it’s supposed to. It’s not a 100 dollar tripod so dont expect that, but it does what it needs to and I feel that it was worth what I paid for that purpose.

Was my gift to myself which I opened right away. Used it multiple times at holiday parties and it’s amazing. Lightweight and the legs are smooth to open and easy to lock. Highly recommend it. Took great family photos with zero fuss.

Inexpensive and functional tripod for iphone video. The plastic feels cheap, but it is lightweight and about what I would expect at this price point. You do need an anchor weight if shooting top down. The adjustability is great.

This tripod is amazing and comes with everything needed for capturing videos and photos with your smartphone. The build quality is great and the tripod expands and collapses with ease and is nice and lightweight. The leg locks open and close easily and hold secure. The adapter to hold your smartphone has a spring-loaded phone grip. I tested it with the iPhone SE3, 12 Pro Max and Pixel 9 Pro and it held each smartphone without issue. The remote shutter button paired and functioned well with the iPhones and Android. It can only be paired to one device at a time. The extendable boom is great for capturing overhead content while keeping the tripod legs out of view and the sandbag makes it easy to counterbalance the weight on boom for optimal balance. The sandbag has two zip-up pouches, which I weighted with a larger power bank and a phone charging cable. The carrying bag easily fits everything and has a drawstring that doubles as an over-the-shoulder strap for easy transport. If you are not using a smartphone, you can connect a standard camera via the ¼-inch screw.For me, a tripod is a game changer, it allows me to capture detailed photographs, while avoiding the slight motion blurs that can occur during freehanded capturing. The remote shutter button takes it one step further by not having to touch the smartphone when taking the shot. Great way to great shots.

I love this tripod for use in my business, as it helps me take great still photos that are properly done. My cellphone is always terrible as it is largely because my hand shakes, so taking photos is not something I like doing but now all I have to do is secure and snap.I love that I can take this with me and it doesn’t take up much space regardless of where I’m taking a photo.

Overall, this has been a useful setup. You can get some nice shots without the need for a complex rig, or any special editing or software to fix camera shake, since with the simple rotation on this mount - you can easily avoid majority of the shake you might experience by hand. The tripod was easy to set up, and compact enough to remain portable.It does include a little carry bag. It's nothing fancy, but it does help to keep things together. Easy to twist on and off the different accessories. I would be cautious not to loosen dials or knobs too much, as they can fall right off due to a complete lack of any sort of stopper mechanism. The leg clamps are easy to use for adjusting the leg length. Don't like that even a cell phone was enough to throw the balance off. So you need to weight the bag to offset even with a small and light weight device. I'd have liked a design that wasn't so imbalanced as it feels like an afterthought. Heavier materials in the base itself could likely have helped with this. Could have been nice if the rotation had a bit of resistance to it, to help stabilize rotation speed. Handy tool none the less - have been enjoying experimenting a bit with it and seeing what kind of shots I am able to produce while minimizing shake. A bit of practice can really smooth out the pacing of rotation as well. One more piece of gear that might not always be in the travel pack, but is going in the gear pile for potential use when the opportunity arises. Build quality seems decent for the most part as far as the materials go. Just a few small design flaws, like loosening dials that fall right off, or the poor balance. But it looks and feels decent.Likes:- Tripod base is decently well built.- Easy to adjust the length of legs.- Plenty of knobs and adjustment points to customize positioning.- Stands up well, and holds phone securely (when everything is properly tightened).- Carry pouch for organizing.- Little level on the base.Dislikes:- Be careful not to loosen some of the knobs too much as they will fall off entirely as there is no "stopper" mechanism.- Even just my cell phone was enough to require weight to be added to the bag in order to off set and balance. I would have expected better stability from a tripod/stand setup. A cell phone by itself shouldn't be enough to tip it over. This makes the bag & weight solution helpful, but also seem like a work around way of compensating for a design flaw rather than designing better.

This is an excellent tripod for a phone or point and shoot camera. Since this is a compact and very lightweight tripod I wouldn't recommend using it for heavier cameras.This tripod for $36 punches weight above its weight because it not only gives you the vertical tripod features but also has the option to go horizontal for overhead shots. The horizontal bar along with the Bluetooth remote make this tripod far more useful then a standard phone tripod.For overhead product shots and tutorial videos the horizontal bar makes it super easy. Plus the included bag to add counterweights on the otherside means your tripod won't tip over. Finally the Bluetooth remote allows you to take a photo or start the video without touching your phone.The Bluetooth remote mimics your phone's audio buttons on Android. So Android users should make sure to go into settings of your camera app and select the option to allow volume button to trigger the camera shutter. This will then allow the Bluetooth remote to do the same. Of course you still have to pair the remote with your phone just like any other Bluetooth device.

This is a great tripod to use with a phone. Was really surprised how compactly this tripod can fold into. It fits well in my backpack and works great for many different cases from taking family photos at large gatherings, taking overhead shots, and was able to shoot some car videos as well. Even at max height, the tripod was surprisingly stable. The Bluetooth remote was pretty simple to pair, works well on my iPhone. Overall a really great tripod, has a lot of features, good build quality, and priced very well for what you get. Highly recommend this if you take pictures and videos often with your phone.
