Not only have I used this under my cupboard but I also used it in my fridge! I had a thermometer that I wanted to stick on via magnet to the back wall and this works perfectly for that. The magnet sticks well to it and this sticks well to the back of the fridge. It also sticks to the bottom of the cupboards that might be a little bit more grainy as the adhesive is very strong. These are small and compact and there are multiple in this pack making it very convenient and easy to use. You can put it on multiple different places and have a variety of solutions.

I was so happy to find these magnetic strips. I had purchased four under the cabinet lights and one came without any strips (or I lost them?). So I wasn't able to place it under my last cabinet. Yahoo!! I found these and they are perfect. The adhesive is strong and so is the magnet. My light fit right on it and now it lights up my kitchen when iI walk in.I have ordered some more of these cabinet lights for other locations, so if one of them doesn't have the magnetic strip, well I do!Great value and highly recommended.
