HOW TO ASSEMBLE - STEP 1
- Please make sure the product is complete.
- Please check if there are any missing Components in the package.
- Any problem, Please tell us.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE - STEP 2
There are 2 round holes on the plug of the transformer and 2 round pins on the cable, please align them and insert perfectly.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE - STEP 3
- Connect the pump and water pipe
- Put the pump into the fountain and let the suctiontray suck the bottom.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE - STEP 4
- Let the fountain back baffle perfectly embedded in the fountain.
- Connect the power, you will see the constant flow of fountain water.

For the price the fountain is very nice. It is not noisy and the water trickles over the pots at a good pace. It lights up at night and looks great. The only thing is one of the lights came loose from the pot, so I had to get some flex seal and seal it back into the hole, but it worked so all set.

Easy set up, perfectly packed so arrived in great condition. Beautiful fountain that adds a lot to our decor! Very pleased!

I wrote a review somewhere earlier and I can not locate it now. This product was ordered for my parent's bday party. I ordered it because of the shipment that was supposed to arrive right to their bday. However, it never made it. I was very upset about it. However, the customer service was very apologetic and refunded the money to me for this item. Finally the product arrived and we set it up in our parents house. Looks so nice. They love it. Even though it did not make it on time but I was very happy with the way customer service approached the problem and stayed on top of it. Great job! Order from them. The product is great and the service is outstanding. Please disregard my previous post.

Totally an outdoor fountain. Every day even on the lowest setting it is splashing water. Overall a pretty fountain with a nice even flow. However, the splash is even a lot for outdoor on the porch as it soaks the porch everyday. I would not recommend at all for indoor or porch but would say it is great for grass or outdoor grounds area.

I love the waterfall it is gorgeous but the problem is the lights I have had it less than a month and the lights no longer work. Update: Customer service contacted me about the lights and they were replaced immediately. Awesome customer service I am so thankful for them
