As you can see from the picture, we have a very small backyard more like a patio. We are renters, so we can't build anything permanent and our HOA won't allow us to have anything taller than the back wall. Not only is it the same height as the back wall But it's also the same color. We were able to clean out our garage! Assembly takes 2 people. Mainly because someone needs to hold the structure up while the other puts the tarp over. But it can be done in an afternoon. We did not use the Metal tie downs that came with the structure , howeverMetal tie Downs that came with the structure, however. We went to Walmart and purchased tent stakes. That seems perfectly adequate for us.

I had not finished the first point in time, just had the frame up. When I went to finish I realized I made a mistake in the fact the frame can not be completed until attaching middle section at the lower sides. Do not put railing in wrong area, if you do it is likely to get stuck and be worthless. If railing is to tight your doing it incorrectly so don’t continue. I had most of it together but was not ready to anchor yet and was to finish the next day. That’s when we had almost two weeks of winds we never experienced. Initially it was blown over and came apart. I put it together on the first non rain and non wind day. I was afraid it would be damaged but I was delighted to find it without any amazingly. I pounded the railings into each other this time and no wind has blown it over yet . I never anchored it yet either however I weighted all sides down. That extra tarp at the bottom is fantastic for weighting it down temporarily. It has withstood several storms and horrendous wind since for over a month now. Tarp never ripped so overall I was impressed with its fortitude. It IS a pain to put together but not horribly. Directions are nearly useless . I used it for verification of what railing went where. It is simple enough to get together in ideal conditions and no interruptions. Quite sturdy. Anchoring is highly suggestible but if you can’t you can put anchors into flowerpots medium size and fill with cement which is a great way to still anchor if the ground is not possible. You would need to set the anchor at an angle the tent can utilize as well

In my opinion, it was easy to set up. From the pictures it looks like you feed tarp as I call it through the holes for from and rear which is NOT true. These poles will not fit, they are meant to be wrapped around. I have had some pretty good winds here and it has not moved except left to right lol, but all in all for the price it's well built. I do recommend buying extra sandbags, I have 8 on the inside and 12 on outside, that includes what they give you which is x4. I went with heavy duty for the extra 8.

It is a pain in the… but once you get going. It’s not all that bad & comes together really nice. No issue with water leakage. Will need a friend to build

I've bought a few of these tents over the years to use as storage in my backyard. This one is by far the most sturdy. Has withstood some pretty strong winds and rain and no signs of budgeting. Highly recommend.
