great Product. Great Instructions. Complete. went up in 3 1/2 hours. Myself , 75 years. My daughter and another family friend, G. 28 years old. Really Neat. Great product Well made. tools included. Bags for sand to hold Unit down. All rope, fasteners and even gloves to protect hands.

Impressed by it's size and sturdiness. The thick waterproof walls and top have protected my goods while the new garage is being built.The feet can be screwed to 2 x 6's which can then be weighted down. Impressively large inside. The window flaps can be rolled up on sunny days for light, and quicklyclosed against bad weather.Now, the downside. After a pretty significant storm, many of the poles got bent beyond repair. I have been trying to get an answer from the company about buying replacement poles but am not getting anywhere. Well, I have confirmation that they opened a ticket on my problem, but I cannot speak to anyone and cannot get a simple answer to the question.If wind and damage aren't a concern to you, then this is a good value.Update: (about 3 months later)I reached out to the company on their website (Vevor) and could only get through to the chat assistant. I wanted to know if I could buy replacement parts.They opened a ticket and then told me they would send me FREE replacement poles. They sent a diagram of my canopy and asked me to list which poles and how many I would need. I needed more than half of them replaced. They sent them out from Shanghai and I had them in a few weeks.They kept me updated with emails and seemed concerned with my satisfaction.I appreciate their customer support.

I will never, ever purchase anything made by Vevor again! I purchased this in late May 2024. By early October 2024 I was trying to contact Vevor to inquire about 4 replacement poles. 1 of the "galvanized steel" poles had completely bent in half & the other 3 were badly bent. They had told me they would send the poles. 3 weeks later I still did not have a tracking number. Legs had not even shipped & didn't know when they would. It was not stable at all & the wind picked the whole thing up & it was in the yard next door to me. It had even cleared a fence! They eventually sent me a new 12'x20' carport but it obviously is not the "upgraded" version. It is now January 17th, 2025, the snow has melted & I started putting together the product to find it is the same size but not the same setup. Instead of having 2a & 2b connect between the connectors there is one long flimsy pole. it does not come with the reinforcement bars or stiffeners & the tarp corners, where you attach at bottom of legs, they are not long enough to clip into highest hole!I'm so fed up & exhausted from dealing with this! I got to use this for 3 months & it was great! I loved it! I've now spent 3 months trying to get the same product & nothing. I had purchased this to store my summer equipment (lawnmowers, picnic tables, pool things, etc) & now I'm spending all winter with no product & no hope in sight.

Went up well by myself. Would suggest at least 2 people if you’re not used to building things.Quality is decent for the price. Could use some cross braces on the legs or horizontal braces spanning the roof supports. Will give me a project in the summer, assuming it survives the Massachusetts winter.1/24/25: Had it for about a month with a few light snow storms. Still holding up well. Sides should be longer WITH grommets on the bottom so they can be tied to the ground or whatever footing you place this on. Velcro straps holding the walls to the legs are only glued, and are already tearing away from the walls.

I got this to survive hail season where I live. I bought a new vehicle and the moment after I bought it the hail storms began coming. This thing is great. One thing I have done since I live on a prairie: I added sandbags. I think I have about 580 pounds or so of sand on this to weigh it down. I want to convert all my bags to hard-sided water weights, but once I added more bags, it has not budged. I also bought the longer anchors that are sold here on Amazon, the ones with the spinners that go deeper into the ground. I am in a rental, so this is a non-permanent option to keep my vehicle safe and also reduce the bird crap that white vehicles seem to attract (I would've preferred a red vehicle, but I bought used to save money... sooo).I live in a high-wind area and all of this has helped me immensely. I will add more weights and likely remove the tarps for winter, but otherwise I think it will stay up for the at least 2 years I'm going to be here. If things change, I will get some buckets and concrete. The frame is sturdy and nice. My dad and I set it up one afternoon. Only thing I would change set-up wise is I would do the tarps before putting the rest of the legs on because otherwise you have to hop on a Little Giant to get them up and if you live in a windy area, that can be nerve wracking.So, in conclusion: it can work in windy areas, factor the costs of sand, sand bags/weights, concrete, anchors, etc., into the price of this, but it is nice. I have a small SUV and it fits fine beneath this little guy. I just zip it up if hail is coming and it stays stable. I could also probably set this up myself. (I also live alone, so this gives me some added privacy from my neighbors when leaving for work or coming back for lunch.)

I use this “Carport/Garage†to keep my nice car out of the Florida Sun. It’s exactly what I need. The tarp needs to be changed out yearly due to weather and wear and tear. However for the $300 price tag it seems to be worth the effort. The frame shall last so you shouldn’t have to disassemble or reassemble, you just have to take off scrunchys and remove and replace tarp/scrunchy’s and sandbags once a year.Would be ideal if they sold replacement tarps in the dark Grey color. I think they sell far more of these. Even only $100 less would make this far more practical. Fingers crossed they can understand the customers needs.
