A few years ago, I bought the entire Advance Outdoor kit - with all the poles, bungees and the top. It held up great but limbs from trees had damaged the tarp, and the bungees lost their elasticity, which caused the tarp to sag & hold water after rain. I found this top on Amazon and made by the same company. It fit perfectly and came with all new bungees, with a few to spare. I am once again happy with my canopy / garage and this top gave it new life. I will buy again!!

Bought it around end of Jan or beginning of Feb 2025. Good tarp feels thick just found 3 small burn holes. It fit well in my 10x20. It rain maybe like 2 weeks ago in Cali didn't do any damage.

came quickly, fit a tiny bit loose, which is perfect, plenty of fasteners, easy to put on. Surprised me with everything being right. NOW let's see how long the material will last in the FL sun and hurricanes.. I'll follow up in a yr.

it didn't fit.....so I wanted my money back and got a huge run around and didn't get my money back.....do not buy from them

This is the 3rd cover I've used/needed from Advance Outdoor. I suspect all the similar companies are the same since the thickness of the material is the same. The replacement covers look good and fit good. They are the same material and thickness as your everyday, standard (blue) plastic tarp. The problem is that they don't last long. UV eats them up! Mine last about 2 years. One side gets sun in the summer, the other side is shaded. The sunny side deteriorates and falls apart every 2 years. I thought about replacing the roof with metal, but the cost would have been over $1,000.00 for the roofing and needed wood reinforceing. Much cheaper to spend the $90 every 2 years. It's easy enough to replace. I just wish they offered some kind of UV protection.

I have a 10' x 20' frame. I've tried a few different sellers and versions and they are either too large or too tight. This one fits just right. material seems to be 9mil (maybe 7), should last a couple of years. Also came with Ball bungees (extra ones just in case :).
