After a few too many times getting dragged, this is the perfect replacement to re-wire my car hauler trailer. The junction box makes for easy connections and troubleshooting - fitting nicely inside the tongue box that also houses the winch. The bright green makes it nice to visually check that everything is hooked up as it should be. I went with the 8 foot length just to have the extra, but should have measured more closely as the 6 foot would have worked fine.

Truck wiring could be different .. I had to chase down and move wires to get lights to work !

This 7pin harness and junction block makes quick work of replacing the front harness on your trailer. No more splicing wires with butt connectors or twist locks. This junction block can be mounted in just about any orientation and allows the for an easy connection point for the rest of the trailer. Need to add reverse lights? Route your harness to the block and use an eyelet to attach the harness to the terminal. Need to replace the brake power cable? just run your new wires and attach them to the junction block. The weather tight clear cover on the box keeps corrosion down while still letting your see if anything is built up in the box. The plug end is pre-wired and enclosed in a plastic mold, sealed to the cable for no chance of resistance causing corrosion to enter. I would recommend this to anyone needing to update their trailer wiring.

When I open the box, I could tell this is made well. The plug-in, the quality of the wire and connector box are all amazing! It is weird having a green plug and green box but hey, I like weird! It is kind of nifty to have a clear connector box so you can see all of the wires all of the time.

Sturdy 7-pin trailer wiring harness and junction box. The cable feels beefy and well-protected, with high-quality stranded copper wires inside and a plug that works perfectly. Ring terminals in the junction box are properly crimped. Easy to connect trailer wires after crimping ring terminals to them.The top cover protects against dust but lacks a gasket, needing silicone or gasket maker for a weatherproof seal. Clear plastic seems cool at first, but may allow UV damage to wires over time. Best installed in a shaded location.Decent choice for trailer wiring, with added effort needed for weatherproofing.
