I obtained this new slow cooker to replace my old one, which served me well for a long time. This new device is exceptional in its performance, and I prefer it over my previous one because it has digital timer settings, which my old device needed to have. It is much easier to use, and the programmable setting and its controls are intuitive. Additionally, cleaning and maintaining are relatively effortless.

Large enough for a family, simple to use and set up. There are many great recipes that this can be used for. Being dishwasher safe it makes it easy to clean. I like the digital settings it shows the time left in cooking. Only complaint is the cord is on the shorter side, so it needs to be close to a power supply.Overall very sturdy and easy to use.

This took a little getting used to... the directions weren't very easily legible. But I figured it out and got it going. It definitely works and comes with a nice little recipe book that was better written in English than the directions and instructions were. Really just gonna use this for stews and soups but hey!!... I might delve into their recipe book and see what happens.

This would have been a 3 star review considering the price ($99.99) at the time I received this. I see they have lowered their price to $75.99 now, so I increased my rating to 4 stars. I still feel 4 stars is being quite generous.This is a beautiful looking slow cooker. Aesthetically, it's quite nice. The controls are very easy to use, but the numbers are already starting to wear off with minimal use, after a few months. It seems to cook on the hotter side, so you will have to adjust your cooking times with dishes. In the beginning I almost ruined a couple dishes due to it cooking hotter than other slow cookers. Once I figured out the correct timing for things it has worked well. My biggest concern though, is that this unit runs really hot and the outside of the slow cooker gets EXTREMELY hot. It just doesn't feel safe to be left unattended for long periods of time.The large part of using a slow cooker is to be able to set up something in the morning (or several hours earlier), and be able to come back to it and have a hot, yummy meal ready. I had a Hamilton slow cooker that I would set up in the morning, and leave for work, then come home to a delicious, hot meal. I do not feel comfortable leaving this unit cooking all day while I am away. I will use it for long periods of time, but only if I am home. So, for the price range, I can't recommend this unit. If I have a slow cooker I want to be able to leave it and not feel concerned all day long. I can't do that with this product because of how hot it gets after a couple of hours of cooking. It just doesn't seem safe.

I like this cooker and I am bummed that the buttons are wearing off already and I just got it. Hope the seller can send new buttons. Nino didn’t scrub it. I use bags so it’s always clean.

I could have given it 4 stars but there were a couple of issues that concerned me.It gets really hot. It has a high cooking temperature so I now use the low setting to get my food going and then the keep warm to finish off. Then I turn it off for the keep warm and occasionally turn back on for a time then off. The outer surface also gets hot to the touch, an aspect that I'm not used to after a lifetime of using the Rival and Hamilton Beach crockpots.After a 2nd use, the letterings on the controls simply wore off, which gives you an idea of how hot this slow cooker gets on the outer surface. I hadn't even wiped the outside for cleaning yet since I hadn't needed to.Other than that it is an attractive looking cooker and it is huge. The current listing price is significantly lower than the initial $99 price when I ordered so it might be a better value now. But even then, knowing now how it performed, I would pass it over in favor of another Hamilton Beach or similar familiar cooker.

I love slow cooking! This one is a great pot. Works just as well as the many others I've had in my other properties. This one however gets REALLY HOT, so you gotta be careful with it after you cook. The cord is a bit short so it needs to be close to the power outlet, which then makes it difficult to move because its so hot.Other than that, it works just as well as any other slow cooker.

Bought for my son who is a chef. He used it twice - on the third time an electric spark flashed when he plugged it in and it stopped worked, predictably! Shame really! Asking for replacement but let’s see if the seller responds
